Do I legally need a Health & Safety system for my business?
If you employ staff or engage contractors in New Zealand, you have duties under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 — regardless of business size. We help you meet those obligations without the guesswork.
How much does your service cost?
It depends on what you need. For a full H&S system, we provide a quote or estimate based on your location and type of business. From there, we can offer either a monthly fee to manage the system — based on location and an estimate of the hours involved over the year — or ongoing management at an hourly rate plus travel. Audits are quoted based on location and industry. Contractor prequalification work is always charged at an hourly rate, as it varies depending on how much of that work you handle versus us.

Ports and logistics, construction, manufacturing, automotive and forestry, among others, across Northland, Waikato, the Central North Island, Bay of Plenty and the East Coast.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most businesses have a working H&S system in place within a few weeks. We prioritise the highest-risk areas first so you're covered quickly, then build out the rest.
What happens during an audit?
We review your site, systems and documentation against the Act, then give you a plain-English report with a clear action plan — and help you put the fixes in place.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Our monthly support has no lock-in contract — you can cancel whenever you like, no penalties.
Can you review and help me manage my existing H&S system?
Yes — you don't need to start from scratch. We'll review what you've already got in place, identify any gaps against the Health and Safety at Work Act, and take over ongoing management from there under our standard monthly support arrangement.
